Announcements

ACUE will be posting important notifications and announcements at the top of the Dashboard page, so you could see it as you login to the portal.

Recruitment Hub

• Prompts for recommended steps in recruiting including when to begin, reminders to activate your rosters, alerts where you have a roster approaching its due date with low enrollment, and notification when you can begin reviewing your cohorts’ invitation status.

  • "Start Recruiting" - shows programs starting in the next 6 months

  • "Activate Rosters" - shows programs that are scheduled to invite course-takers in 2 months or less and still have an inactive roster

  • "Address Low Enrollment" - shows programs with rosters due in 28 days or less that have fewer than 10 registrants on the accepted list

  • "Review Invites" - shows programs that invited course-takers between 7 and 13 days ago

  • "Collect Success Stories" - shows programs that have ended in the last four weeks

• New resources to support your efforts and better access to existing resources, which are now directly linked for you at each step of recruitment when they are needed.

Partnership Overview

• Allows you to view your learning credits by completed programs and credits, programs and credits that are scheduled, and any unscheduled credits

• Allows you to directly schedule your programs by selecting the course type and start date, or to directly request a change to an upcoming program.

This feature is available for partners who directly contract with ACUE and have transitioned to a subscription-based contract.
